I'm Michael Mullings — a strategic delivery consultant, founder of Mullings Management, and someone who’s spent over 14 years helping organisations build clarity, structure, and scalability into how they deliver.

My journey has taken me from working in the NHS as a Research Ethics Coordinator to leading complex digital transformations for global agencies like McCann, Razorfish, Grey Healthcare, and Tribal Worldwide. I've delivered programmes in government, creative industries, education, and the non-profit sector — building PMOs, transforming delivery operations, and creating systems that work for real people.

But I don’t just bring process — I bring perspective.

I've managed campaigns that reached global audiences, rebuilt delivery frameworks from the ground up, and helped organisations move from firefighting to focused execution. I’ve also taught workshops, produced creative campaigns, and shot documentaries in Ghana. Whether I'm leading a team or advising a founder, I show up with clarity, calm, and the confidence that comes from real-world delivery experience.
