Fractional Delivery Leadership

A senior delivery leader inside your business for a fixed period, with a stated exit date and a named successor coached to take over. Fractional here does not mean indefinite. The engagement is designed to end.

Most fractional arrangements have no end date. This one does. You are buying a capability transfer, not a permanent seat.

Pricing principle

Fixed fee, agreed against scope and outcomes.
Never day rates.

The conditions
  1. 01 · Full leadership access

Access at every level, including CEO or executive peers. Engagements are not accepted without it.

  2. 02 · An open question

I do not take engagements where leadership has already decided the answer and wants validation.

  3. 03 · Executive sponsorship

The sponsor must be the CEO or a direct report. Without that proximity, recovered truth cannot produce organizational change.

This works when

Senior leadership wants an honest picture of what is blocking delivery and is open to hearing it. A capable team is not performing, and the business is ready to understand why.

This does not work when

The answer has already been decided and external validation is what is needed. Engagements built on a closed question will not produce organizational change.
